How long will my Baked Bags stay fresh?
Our treats are baked fresh to order and contain no artificial preservatives. They stay perfectly fresh for up to 10 days in their original packaging, or you can freeze them for up to 3 months.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes! We ship our Baked Bags across the country using temperature-controlled packaging to ensure your snacks arrive in perfect condition, regardless of the distance.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Are there options for customers with allergies?
While we offer gluten-free and nut-free recipes, all products are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, soy, dairy, and nuts. Please check the individual product pages for full ingredient lists.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your Baked Bags are out of the oven and with the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
